This organization, formed by a group of faith communities, provides secular services to people facing hunger, homelessness, domestic violence and a lack of basic needs. RCS serves families with dignity, helping them along the path to self-sufficiency.
Members from our congregation serve meals to families and provide activities for children at RCS Grace House (transitional housing). We also donate clothing to the RCS Thrift Shop and food to the RCS Food Bank. And we provide some volunteer services and support to the RCS Haven, a safe shelter for abused persons.
Members of our congregation receive a volunteer of the month certificate from RCS Grace House for our service there. We regularly serve meals and do activities with children there, as well as special programs at Christmas and Easter.
