WHO WE ARE
A church that chooses innovation over nostalgia
For more than 150 years, First Presbyterian Church of Dunedin has refused to stand still. Rooted in Jesus' vision for Beloved Community, we are actively addressing the deepest wounds in our community — mental health struggles, housing and food insecurity, division, and disconnection.
We believe worship and music are essential to this work — catalysts for healing, courage, and transformation. We seek a creative leader bold enough to build something new with us.
THE ROLE
More than managing services
This position is about creating spaces where strangers become neighbors. You will shape dynamic weekly worship, lead vocal and bell choirs, supervise the Worship Café band, and carry music beyond church walls into the heart of our community.
You will work closely with our Pastor and Worship Planning Team, plan special programs and community concerts, and help us imagine what faithful, music-centered ministry looks like next.
